Pozitiv 365 is a non-governmeAntal organization with extensive experience in youth,
educational, cultural, and mental health projects in the Presevo region.
Initially operating as an informal group, it was formally established as an NGO in 2020.
Since its foundation, Pozitiv 365 has implemented various projects focusing on youth engagement, intercultural interaction, personal and professional development, and psychosocial support.
Notable projects include the Plogging Project (2023), which engaged youth in environmental awareness activities combining running and litter collection;
Youth Skills Development Training Program (2022), offering workshops on leadership, project management, and labor market preparation for young people from Kosovo and Albania;
and “Youth and Cultural Heritage”
Project (2021), promoting interaction between youth and local heritage through artisan workshops and cultural performances.
The organization has received support from multiple stakeholders, including the Municipality
of Presevo, the National Council of Albanians (KNSH), the Ministry of the Republic of Serbia,
Trag Foundation, and Ana i Vlade Divac, strengthening its local credibility and operational
capacity. In 2020, with support from Ana i Vlade Divac, Pozitiv 365 provided free psychological services for youth in the Presevo Valley.
The core staff consists of 8 dedicated professionals, including 3 psychologists (2 holding Master’s degrees), and specialists with approximately 10 years of experience in design,
marketing, and project management.
Since June 2026, Pozitiv 365 has been implementing the project
“Mental Health Program for Migrants in Preshevo: A Community Engagement Approach,” supported by APC/CZA.
Pozitiv 365 is an organization that, over the years, has built bridges between young people, the community, and culture, bringing support, opportunities, and hope to people in the Presevo Valley. From youth development and the promotion of cultural heritage to psychological support and the inclusion of migrants, its mission remains the same: to create a stronger, more united, and more humane community where no one feels alone.
